At Posterixx, we aim to deliver high-quality custom posters right to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If you're outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at posterixx.help@gmail.com to check availability.
2. Processing Time
All posters are made to order, and production typically takes 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or remote locations, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for most orders unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use the link to track your shipment status in real time.
6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
Posterixx is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of missed delivery attempts, the courier may reattempt or return the package. Re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your poster arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
Contact us at posterixx.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
You must provide your order ID, a video of unboxing, and photos of the damaged poster or packaging (if applicable).
If confirmed, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund based on your case.
