Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Posterixx, each poster is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing:

    You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t entered production.

    To request cancellation, email us at posterixx.help@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • After Production Starts:

    Once we begin working on your custom poster, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds Are Issued Only If:

    • The poster is damaged during delivery

    • You receive the wrong size or design

    • The package is lost in transit (with courier confirmation)

  • Non-Refundable:

    • Custom designs or personalized posters (unless damaged or incorrect)

    • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size by mistake

  • Refund Process:

    If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Reporting a Problem

To report an issue and request a refund or replacement, you must email posterixx.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear description of the issue

  • A video of the unboxing clearly showing the unopened package, unwrapping process, and the problem

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect poster (if applicable)

Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, as it helps us confirm the issue was caused during our production or packaging process.

4. Returns

Since our posters are custom-printed for each customer, we do not accept physical returns unless explicitly requested by our support team.

  •
